Eve

Eve was the first woman created in the Bible (Book of Genesis). Adam was created from dirt. Eve was created from Adam's rib, close to his heart. Have you ever wondered how excited Adam was when God created His helpmate His lover and friend Eve?

He knew God was up to something, after Adam woke up from His deep sleep God must have told Him I have a big surprise for you, I’m going to give you the greatest gift of all.

I think the story went down something like this:

In the beginning God created man Adam , Adam was perfect in every sense, God made Him in His image and in His likeness. The Lord gave Him honour and Glory, he made Him King over the earth, ruling all nature , creating just as His father commanded Him. Adam and God had fellowship everyday ,they will chat over everything, God showed Him the potential He had learning him the way of righteousness. God was so excited of the crown of His creation, everything God created was so beautiful and great but, when He created Adam its was His greatest creation ever. He loved Adam so much that when He created Adam He blew His spirit into Adam and Adam became a living being.

"And the Lord FORMED MAN of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being." (Genesis 2:7)

Days in Eden was great , but the Lord sensed that Adam was needing a companion something he could talked to when God was busy in Heaven , to keep Adam company when God was busy with Heaven meetings.

The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. 1  I will make a companion 2  for him who

corresponds to him.”(Genesis 2:18)

So because God love Adam so much He created all kinds of different beasts and animals. He took them to Adam and told adam I made you some animal friends that they could keep you company. Adam was instructed to give each beast a name and as Adam called it so they will be. After a few months Adam had some company but still God sensed Adam wanted more, He wanted something at the same level as He , something He could love just as God loved Him.

And God said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures of every kind: cattle and creeping things and wild animals of the earth of every kind." And it was so.God made the wild animals of the earth of every kind, and the cattle of every kind, and everything that creeps upon the ground of every kind. And God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:24-25

So out of the ground the LORD God formed every animal of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to the human to see what he would call them; and whatever the human called every living creature, that was its name. Genesis 2:19

So God came to Adam and told Him, Adam I’m going to put you in a deep sleep and when you awaken I will have a big surprise for you. God putted Adam to sleep and He took from Adam one of His ribs and created a beautiful creature , putting all His love and essences in the creature, all creation looked at His creation and it was the most beautiful creation yet. After the Lord completed her , He said that she is completed and because she is taken out of man I will call her women.

"And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from the man HE MADE INTO A WOMAN, and He brought her to the man." (Genesis 2:21)

God told His newest creation woman Your name will be Eve, I’ve created you to be Adams helpmate friend and lover.

After he told her this, He went to Adam and woke Him, Adam wake up, and God told Him: I got a surprise for you. Adam was so excited He didn’t no what expect, the Lord sat Him down on a Sandy beach and said; wait I’m going to get her. Just think how Adam must have felt, He knew God was busy with something wonderful but He didn’t know what it was.

So God created humankind in God's image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. Genesis 1:27

So the Lord got Eve and took Her to Adam, He told Adam; Adam I give you Eve Your wife, Eve came out from behind one of the bushes and Adam fell to His knees, Eve was one of the most beautiful creatures He ever saw in His life, immediately they connected. ADAM was so pleased with His new helpmate. Dear reader may be the Lord also gave you a Eve in your life, this gift He gave you is certainly one of the most precious gifts He could ever give you, I remember the very first time I saw my wife, I just knew this person got something special, when the Lord gave her as my wife, I had exactly the same experience as Adam had, when she came down that isle it was so so awesome, I tried not to show emotion, but she was so beautiful and the Lords love was shinning out of Her like a dawning sunrise. It was the most beautiful sight I witness in my entire life.

"This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh ..." (Genesis 2:22)

"Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh." (Genesis 2:24)

When the days get dark and the world surround us with all its lies and temptations, I think back at that day , that day the Lord gave me a peace of heaven at my side. The most beautiful present of all He gave me, my personal EVE.

So the creation was Complete; GOD, Man and women, a cord of three Strands , that could not be broken. The Cord Of Three Strands comes from the Bible. King Solomon wrote about it in Ecclesiastes 4:12:

"Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." (NIV)

"And one standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer; three is even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken." (TLB)

"And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a three-fold cord is not quickly broken." (KJV)

So to this day, the three cord of strands still Stands.
