Have you ever wondered what your worth is? Do you know that you were bought for a price? God sent His only son for you. He made you perfect in everyway. He was blameless in everyway; He took all of your sin, all of your shame, all of your failures with Him on the cross. He has done everything for you and I, so that we can life, for His glory in total Victory. Why then are we living like slaves, we're not slaves were princes and princesses of the Most High.

We forgot who we really are. Let’s look at how God sees us:

  3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. 4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love 5 he [b] predestined us for adoption to sonship [c] through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the one he loves. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace 8 that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding, 9 he [d] made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10 to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfilment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.

    11 In him we were also chosen, [e] having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession—to the praise of his glory. (Ephesians 1: 3 – 14)

This is our real identity in Christ, take this scripture and read it out loud and look at your self in the mirror. You're not your job, you're not how you look, you're not the past or the present, you're not what you own or what car you drive. You are what God sees in you, you are perfectly Holy. Jesus made it possible for you and I to come into Gods presence. He took away the dividing wall between us and God so that we can go to the Father at any time. Let’s take another look what our real purpose is in this life. Our God given purpose.

O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.

2 Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.

3 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

5 For thou hast made him a little lower than YOURSELF, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

7 All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;

The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

9 O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!(Psalm 8 – read old version)

You see the enemy comes and attacks our identity in Christ, through wrong thoughts, fear and lies. Spend time in the Lords presence and word so that you will never fall into the enemies trap. You are one of God's children, given authority over the enemy and his followers. Let’s start living like victors; Jesus took our places. He suffered for us so that we can life a life in victory. I don’t know about you but my King didn’t die for me to live in the mud all my life. Let’s dust ourselves off and receive the victory from Christ. Let’s start believing in the word of God. LET’S start trusting God and His word. Jesus said we will do bigger things than He did because He went to the father. So why church are we not?

The gospel is simple and easy, it’s not complicate. Believe and it will be done for you like you believe. God is in us and for us, who can stand against us?  Believe in God and His mighty power, and try to get as far away from the sin line as you can. Strive to be Holy like Jesus and He will help you to become more like Him each and everyday. The key here is humbleness, humble yourselves before God just like you are. He loves you with all your sin and failures. Go to Him and He will be waiting for you with open arms.
