Are You Mad Yet?
Devotional done by Krystal from stand for your marriage

"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly." John 10:10

Like many of you, fighting for my marriage has been the hardest battle of my life. When my spouse walked out the door, I broke and ran straight into the arms of Jesus. When the smoke cleared and I was truly able to see the damage caused by the devil, I was dumbfounded. I tried very hard to win my spouse back, but his heart had been stolen and turned to stone. What has the devil stolen from you in the course of your stand? Has he stolen your job? Your home? Children? Finances? Maybe like so many, it was more than one.. a job, which in turned caused you to lose your home. Have you had enough?

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” 1 Peter 5:8

It's time that we, as God's people, start fighting back. We need to become the majority, and not the minority. We need to stand for what we believe in, and that includes our marriages, and families. The word of God says that He gives us the authority to trample on snakes and scorpions, and to overcome ALL the power of the enemy. He also promised in that same scripture that nothing will harm us.

What are you fighting for? Are you fighting a battle that seems hopeless in the flesh? Start praising God, because hopeless situations is where our Lord works best! Fight for your family, your marriage, your children. Fight to break the curse of divorce that satan is trying to place upon your family. Fight for God's best! Get mad at the enemy!

How do I fight?
"But you, when you pray, enter into your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father which is in secret; and your Fatherwho sees in secret shall reward you openly." – Matthew 6:6

Prayer. Fight in the spirit, praying and asking God to deliver your spouse from the prison that Satan has them locked in. Pray scripture with your spouse's name in them. God says His word will never return void. Pray diligently, without ceasing. Resist the urge to fight in the flesh. The battle is not ours, but God's, and He has never lost, and never will.

"Fear you not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will show to you today.." Exodus 14:13

Standing Strong,
