_ To grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (2Pe.3:18).

To experience God’s love

_ Direct our hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ (2Th.3:5).

_ To be rooted and grounded in love, and may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the

breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge

_ To cleanse our hearts by faith (Act.15:9).

_ To sanctify her (the Church), having cleansed her by the washing of water with the Word (Eph.5:26).

our conscience from dead works to serve the living God (Heb.9:14).

_ Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin! (Ps.51:2).
